Guidelines for Parents

Essential information and cooperation guidelines for guardians.

Daily Routine & Cooperation

Parents are requested to check the school diaries of their wards daily.

Parents are strongly advised to analyze and sign the progress report cards.

Cooperate with authorities by ensuring regularity, punctuality, and monitoring assigned homework and lesson preparation.

Please notify the school in writing immediately regarding any change in residential address or mobile number.

Leave, Health & Dues

A clear record of leave must be maintained and signed by parents in the school diary, along with a prior formal application.

In case of any infectious disease, keep the child at home. A Medical Fitness Certificate is mandatory upon return.

Parents must ensure that all fees and institutional dues are cleared strictly in time.

Adhere strictly to visiting hours. No teacher should be contacted during standard school hours without prior permission from the Principal/Administrator.

Important Terms & Critical Disciplinary Grounds

Strict regularity, obedience, courtesy, and uniform cleanliness are expected continuously.

A student may be removed by the school authorities without prior notice on any of the following exceptional grounds:

Constant or chronic weakness in academic studies.

Habitual illness causing severe missing tracking and disobedience.

Continuous irregularity in attendance defaults.

Behavioral issues or direct/indirect involvement in campus violence.

Indifference to activities or persistent untidy/improper school uniform.

Non-cooperation or irresponsible/unprofessional behavior of guardians towards any staff member.
